§ 50.019 TURNING ON WATER WHEN SHUT OFF BY CITY PROHIBITED.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person, except an officer or agent of the Water and Sewer Department, to turn on the water to any premises from which the water has been shut off by order of the Water and Sewer Department.
   (B)   A violation of this section is punishable as a misdemeanor.
