There shall be charged the following monthly rate for industrial users receiving City of Artesia sewer service. Rate schedule applies up to and including flows of 100,000 GPD (0.1 MGD). Rates for flows beyond 0.1 MGD will be individually determined.

A. (In addition to monthly rates industrial users shall pay a twenty dollar ($20.00) facilities inspection charge as necessary.
B. All industrial users served directly by the COA and located outside the City limits shall pay at a rate of one and a half (1 ½) times the rate for the same classification of service inside the City limits. In determining the amount, the Finance Director shall charge these customers, the same user rates applicable to customers inside the City and the City Council by Resolution will add to this amount as an ‘other charge’, an amount sufficient to make the total charge payable by such customers equal to one and a half (1 ½) time the amount paid for the same classification in the City.
