7-3-6-5: REPORTS OF CHANGED CONDITIONS:

Each User must notify the City of any significant changes to the User’s operations or system which might alter the nature, quality, or volume of its wastewater at least sixty (60) days before the change.

   A.   The City may require the User to submit such information as may be deemed necessary to evaluate the changed condition, including the submission of a wastewater discharge permit application under Section 7-3-4-5 of this chapter.

   B.   The City may issue a wastewater discharge permit under Section 7-3-5-6 of this chapter or modify an existing wastewater discharge permit under Section 7-3-5-3 of this chapter in response to changed conditions or anticipated changed conditions. (Ord. 1097, passed - - )
