7-3-4-7: NEW INDIVIDUAL WASTEWATER DISCHARGE PERMIT DECISION:
   A.   The City will evaluate the data furnished by the User and may require additional information. Within ninety (90) days of receipt of a complete permit application, the City will determine whether to issue an individual wastewater discharge permit. The City may deny any application for a wastewater discharge permit. (Ord. 1097, passed - - )
