7-3-1-2: ADMINISTRATION:
Except as otherwise provided herein, the City’s POTW shall administer, implement, and enforce the provisions of this chapter. Any powers granted to or duties imposed upon the POTW may be delegated by the City’s POTW to a duly authorized City employee. (Ord. 1097, passed - - )
