4-7-16: PRODUCTION AND MANUFACTURING COMPLIANCE:
All cannabis manufacturing and production shall be conducted only in the interior of enclosed structures, facilities, and buildings within the City of Artesia’s M-1 district. All manufacturing and production shall take place indoors, within a permanent structure that is enclosed on all sides. Outdoor manufacturing and production are prohibited within the city limits.
