4-7-1: TITLE:
This chapter shall be known as the “City of Artesia Comprehensive Cannabis Ordinance” except as referred to and cited herein, where it shall be known as the “Cannabis Ordinance” or “CCO”. (Ord. O-1089, 9-14-2021)
