The City hereby adopts the New Mexico Uniform Traffic Ordinance (UTO), by reference, with the exceptions and additions enumerated in this chapter. One copy of the Uniform Traffic Ordinance is available for inspection during the normal and regular business hours at the Office of the City Clerk. A copy of the Uniform Traffic Ordinance, or any portion thereof, will be available upon request and payment of a reasonable charge at the Office of the City Clerk. (Ord. 707, 7-26-2005)
