Public improvements shall be required when an area of land is subdivided for development. These improvements, along with a minimum twelve (12) month warranty, shall be provided by the subdivider/developer. In most situations, ownership of the facilities shall be turned over to the city or another agency for maintenance, upon acceptance and approval of the city's infrastructure director. These improvements and facilities include, but are not limited to, those listed in section 10-6-2 of this chapter. No building permit shall be issued within any subdivision until the installation of improvements has been accepted by the city's infrastructure director. (Ord. 982, 11-10-2015)
