City staff shall review the sketch plan to determine if it is consistent with the standards set forth in these regulations and the city's zoning regulations; determine if the goals, objectives and policies of the city's comprehensive plan have been fulfilled; determine the relation of the existing and proposed land uses; and review the physical and environmental impacts of the proposal. Upon completion of the review, staff shall prepare a report that states all recommended changes for preliminary plat review. (Ord. 982, 11-10-2015)
