10-1-7: EXEMPTIONS:
Unless the method of the sale of land is adopted for the purpose of evading these regulations, these regulations shall not apply to the following:
   A.   The subdivision of land for and the sale of cemetery lots.
   B.   The sale of land to the state of New Mexico or any political subdivision thereof.
   C.   Any designated lot, parcel or tract of any previously recorded subdivision, if the lot, parcel or tract is not being altered in any way for the sale.
   D.   The division of land into two (2) or more parts, within the three (3) mile planning and platting jurisdiction of the city, by platting or metes and bounds description into tracts of five (5) or more acres. (Ord. 982, 11-10-2015)
