A submission under these regulations may include, but not be limited to, any or all of the following: an application form, sketch plan, preliminary plat, final plat, replat, summary subdivision plat, supplemental information, construction plans, and assurance of ownership and financial responsibility. Any person or entity wishing to divide any property within the subdivision jurisdiction of the city of Artesia is required to comply with any and all mandatory state laws pertaining to the same, including, but not limited to, laws pertaining to taxes on real property that is subdivided or combined, and laws pertaining to the availability of water.
