8-1-7: EXISTING BUILDING CODE:
The City adopts by this section all conditions, provisions, limitations and terms of the latest edition of the International Existing Building Code adopted by the State, and all amendments thereto; known as the New Mexico Existing Building Code (NMEBC). (Ord. 1045, 1-8-2019)
