A. Schedule Of Fees, Charges And Expenses: The City Council shall establish by resolution a schedule of fees, charges and expenses for building, plumbing, mechanical and electrical permits and inspections and any other matters related thereto. The schedule of fees may be altered or amended from time to time by the City Council, which action may additionally be done by resolution.
B. No Action Until Fees Paid: No permit shall be issued or granted unless and until such costs, charges, fees or expenses have been paid in full.
C. Collection System: The City Planning Department is hereby authorized to institute a system to account for and collect such permit and inspection fees. (Ord. 911, 2-12-2013)
