7-4-12: NO WITHHOLDING OF PAYMENT OF ANY ACCOUNT HOLDER:

No persons shall withhold payments owed to the city for services furnished under this chapter for any reason to include before, during, or after a customer feels aggrieved by the city. Upon failure to pay appropriate statements or to bring current the delinquent account the city may thereupon pursue its legal remedies under applicable laws. (Ord. 880, 11-8-2011)
