7-4-9: HOLIDAYS:
The city shall observe holidays as noncollection days as approved annually by the city's governing body. Residential collection shall occur on an alternate day approved by the department. Commercial collections during such holidays shall be performed on the day either prior or after the holiday. (Ord. 880, 11-8-2011)
