7-1-6: VIOLATION; PENALTIES:

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a petty misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in title 1, chapter 4 of this code. (1996 Code § 13.24.050; amd. 2002 Code)
