A. Application For Space: Any person desiring to use space at the Artesia municipal airport to conduct the business of aircraft sales, aircraft parts and accessories sales, aircraft maintenance or repair, or any type of flight operation permitted by FAA regulations, including charter flights, flight training, air taxi service, air ambulance service, demonstrations for sales, financing and insuring of aircraft, loading and unloading of aircraft, fueling, lubrication and servicing of aircraft or any other business operations using the municipal airport as a base therefor, shall make application to the city council, and no such business operations shall be commenced or continued except pursuant to the terms of an agreement in writing approved by the city council. B. Compliance With Other Laws: Any person conducting business at the Artesia municipal airport shall at all times be in full compliance with all federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations and requirements applicable to such business operations. (1996 Code § 2.44.030)
