6-4-8: PUBLIC CONDUCT DURING PARADES:
During an authorized parade, the chief of police shall:
   A.   See that no person unreasonably hampers, obstructs, impedes or interferes with any parade or parade assembly or with any person, vehicle or animal participating in or used in a parade.
   B.   See that no driver of a vehicle not involved in the parade shall drive between the vehicles or persons comprising the parade; provided, that the vehicles, persons and animals in the parade are in motion and are conspicuously designated as a parade.
   C.   Prohibit or restrict the parking of vehicles along the street or thoroughfare or part thereof constituting a part of the route of the parade if, in the opinion of the chief of police, it is reasonably necessary to prohibit or restrict parking along the parade route. (1996 Code § 12.08.110)
