6-4-7: COMPLIANCE WITH PERMIT REQUIREMENTS:

A permittee hereunder shall comply with all of the conditions set forth in the parade permit; that is, with all requirements set forth in the application and approved by the chief of police, and all other applicable laws and ordinances relating to the parade. (1996 Code § 12.08.100)
