6-4-2: DEFINITIONS:
For the purposes of this chapter, the terms set out in this section shall have the following meanings:
PARADE: Any parade, march, ceremony, show, exhibition, pageant or procession of any kind or any similar display, in or upon any street, park or other public place within the corporate limits of the city.
PARADE PERMIT: A permit as required by this chapter. (1996 Code § 12.08.020)
