6-3-2: DRAINING REQUIREMENTS:

It shall be unlawful for any person to drain any swimming pool into any alley within the city, and all waters drained from swimming pools within the city shall be carried into the nearest storm sewer or street improved with curb, gutter and pavement designed to carry excess water. (1996 Code § 12.16.020)
