5-7-6: PENALTIES:
   A.   Any violation of this chapter shall be punished in accordance with the provisions contained within title 1, chapter 4 of this code.
   B.   Each day of noncompliance with any provision of this chapter shall be deemed to be a separate offense. (Ord. 745, 2-13-2007)
