4-6-20: RENEWAL:
   A.   Each sexually oriented business licensee shall be sent a renewal notice by the licensing administrator no less than thirty (30) days prior to the expiration date of his or her license. As a prerequisite to the renewal of such license, each licensee is required to make application for renewal to the licensing administrator not less than fifteen (15) days prior to the date of expiration of the current license. Such application shall contain such verified information as of the date of the application as required by section 4-6-4 of this chapter.
   B.   Upon motion of the licensing administrator or upon complaint, the licensing administrator shall cause a hearing on the renewal application to be held. No such hearing shall be held until notice thereof has been provided to the applicant at least ten (10) days prior to the scheduled hearing date.
   C.   Prior to any renewal hearing, the police department shall provide to the licensing administrator a report detailing any violation of federal, state, or local laws which have occurred on or in connection with the operation of the licensed premises within the previous twelve (12) month period.
   D.   It is an express condition for any renewal that the licensee shall be in compliance with all provisions of this chapter as of the date of renewal. (Ord. 695, 12-14-2004)
