4-6-15: CONDUCT:

A. No licensee, manager, or employee mingling with the patrons of a sexually oriented business, or serving food or drinks, shall be in a state of nudity.

B. No licensee or employee shall encourage or knowingly permit any person upon the premises to touch, caress, or fondle the breasts, anus, or specified anatomical areas of any person. (Ord. 695, 12-14-2004)
