4-6-9: MINIMUM AGE:

A. It shall be a violation of this chapter for any person under the age of twenty one (21) years to be upon the premises of a sexually oriented business.

B. It shall be a violation of this chapter for the licensee or any employee of the licensee to allow anyone under the age of twenty one (21) years upon the premises of a sexually oriented business.

C. It shall be a violation of this chapter for any person under the age of twenty one (21) years to provide live nude entertainment upon the premises of a sexually oriented business. (Ord. 695, 12-14-2004)
