4-6-3: LICENSE REQUIRED:
   A.   No person shall be permitted to operate a sexually oriented business in the city without a valid sexually oriented business license.
   B.   No person shall be permitted to work as a manager of a sexually oriented business in the city without a valid manager's license.
   C.   Each license shall be valid for a period of one year. (Ord. 695, 12-14-2004)
