3-6-6: DEEDS TO BURIAL LOTS:
Upon compliance with procedures adopted by the city, a deed shall be executed by the mayor of the city of Artesia, New Mexico, attested by the city clerk and bear the seal of the city of Artesia, New Mexico, and be delivered to the purchaser of a cemetery lot. (Ord. 675, 12-16-2003)
