3-6-2: MEMBERSHIP:
Members of the cemetery board of Artesia which shall consist of five (5) members, all of whom shall reside within ten (10) miles of the intersection of 13th and Main Streets, Artesia, New Mexico.
The municipal clerk of the city of Artesia, New Mexico, shall serve as clerk and treasurer of the board without additional compensation. (Ord. 819, 4-14-2009)
