3-6-1: DEFINITIONS:
The following words and phrases when used in this chapter shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them in this section:
BOARD: The cemetery board of Artesia, New Mexico, as established by this chapter.
MUNICIPAL CEMETERY: The municipal cemetery of the city of Artesia, New Mexico.
SEXTON: The administrative superintendent of the board. (Ord. 675, 12-16-2003)
