3-4-3: RESIDENCY REQUIREMENT; TERM LIMITS:
Each member of the board shall reside within ten (10) miles of the intersection of 13th and Main Streets, Artesia, New Mexico. No member of the board shall, after serving two (2) full consecutive terms, be eligible to serve as a member of the board until one full term has intervened. (Ord. 995, 4-26-2016)
