The commission shall:
A. Carry out the policies of the city council and receive, study and recommend to the city council all requests by individuals or groups in reference to the activities, programs and plans of the commission.
B. Advise and consult with the city council on public reaction to the activities of the commission.
C. Submit to the city council for approval a budget for each fiscal year.
D. Make recommendations as to priority for additions to or construction of recreation facilities. (1996 Code § 2.24.080; amd. 2002 Code)
E. Make a quarterly report to the city council of its activities. (Ord. 757, 5-22-2007)
F. Have no power to make any final determination upon any of the foregoing matters and shall have advisory powers only. (1996 Code § 2.24.080; amd. 2002 Code)
