A. Officers: The commission members, when appointed, shall qualify within ten (10) days of the appointment and shall meet within fifteen (15) days after their appointment and qualification to organize by the election of one of their members as chairman, one as vice chairman, one as secretary and to such other offices as they may create. The terms of the officers so elected shall be for one year and until their successors are elected by an annual election of the membership of the commission. (1996 Code § 2.24.030)
B. Meetings:
1. The commission shall hold a regular meeting at least once per quarter at such date and time as it may establish, and it may convene such specially called meetings as it may deem appropriate. (Ord. 757, 5-22-2007)
2. Minutes shall be kept of all commission meetings, a copy of which shall be given to each member of the city council. (1996 Code § 2.24.080)
