3-3-3: VACANCIES:
Vacancies occurring in the membership of the commission by reason of death, resignation, termination of residence in the city or removal from the commission for cause shall be filled by appointment by the mayor, with the approval of the governing body, for the unexpired part or portion of the vacant membership. (1996 Code § 2.24.060)
