3-2-1: MEMBERSHIP; APPOINTMENT AND TERMS:

The commission on aging (the "commission") shall consist of nine (9) members who shall be appointed by the mayor of the city with the consent and approval of the city council. All appointments shall be for two (2) year terms. Any member appointed to the commission who has well and truly served their term, shall be eligible for reappointment upon the expiration of the term.
