3-1-6: PLANNING AND PLATTING JURISDICTION:
The planning and platting jurisdiction of the city planning and zoning commission shall extend to and include all territory within the city limits of Artesia and all territory within three (3) miles of such city limits. (1996 Code § 2.20.080; amd. 2002 Code)
