(A) Any person who drives or operates a taxicab within the town shall first procure a public passenger chauffeur’s license, as required by the laws of the state.
(B) The person shall, at all times while driving or operating such taxicab, carry such license upon his or her person, and exhibit the same upon request of any official authorized to make arrests.
