(A) It shall be the duty of the President of the Town Council to revoke the license of any person operating taxicabs in the town for the violation of any provisions of this chapter.
(B) No license shall be revoked unless and until the holder of the license is given a public hearing before the President of the Town Council after not less than five days’ notice of the hearing, which notice shall be in writing and shall state the nature of the complaint for which it is proposed to revoke the license.
