(A) Any non-profit or charitable organization desiring an exemption from the terms of this subchapter, may make application for such exemption at the office of the Clerk-Treasurer. The Town Council shall conduct a hearing on said application at its next regularly scheduled meeting following receipt of said application.
(B) The Town Council is hereby empowered to grant such exemptions where there is an educational, charitable, or other like purpose.
