The Town Council has determined that the operation of semi-tractors and semi-trailers or other commercial vehicles within the town limits should be regulated to be used on certain streets only. It shall be unlawful for a driver of a semi-tractor, any semi-trailer or any truck having a gross weight in excess of six tons to operate said semi-tractor, semi-trailer or truck in excess of said weight on any street located in the town, except the following designated streets:
