§ 71.19 COMPLIANCE WITH PARKING SPACE MARKINGS.
   Wherever the Town Council has caused the pavement to be marked designating spaces for parking vehicles, it shall be the duty of all operators of vehicles to park such vehicles wholly within the pavement markings designated where and how the same shall be parked.
