§ 71.02 STOP SIGN PROCEDURE.
   It shall be unlawful for the owner, driver, or operator of any motor vehicle, passenger or commercial, to enter into, upon, or to cross any street within the incorporated limits of said town at which street the town shall have erected a traffic sign, reading “STOP”, without first bringing said motor vehicle to a full and complete stop and keeping said vehicle stopped until traffic on the street so approached, and so marked, shall permit the safe entry into, upon, and/or across said street.
