It shall be unlawful for any person to obstruct, or allow to become obstructed, any sidewalk in the business district with bicycles, skateboards, skates, tricycles, or other objects at any time. The displaying of merchandise for sale by any retail merchant or business owner on any sidewalk in the business district of the town shall not be prohibited by the terms of this section.
