§ 70.38 VEHICLES TRAVELING DURING LEVEL THREE SNOW EMERGENCY.
   It shall be unlawful for the owner, driver, or operator of any vehicle to travel or operate a motor vehicle upon any street or highway during a level three snow emergency.
