§ 52.43 METER TESTING.
   The utility may periodically test meters used for billing customers in accordance with the approved American National Standard Institute (ANSI) Code for Electricity Metering. If a meter is found to have a percentage of error greater than 3% for watt-hour meters and 4% for demand meters, the utility will bill or credit the customer in accordance with § 52.44 below.
