§ 52.44 FAILURE OF METER.
   Whenever it is discovered that a meter is not recording within the limits of accuracy as defined under "meter testing" the utility will repair or replace the meter. If the meter is determined to be fast, or if the meter is determined to be slow or has stopped, the utility reserves the right to make an adjustment in the customer's billing by either billing the customer, or issuing a credit, as the case may be.
