§ 52.27 PAST DUE ACCOUNTS.
   Refer to §§ 50.15 through 50.19 and applicable rate schedule for past due charges.
   (A)   Failure to receive a bill shall not entitle customer to pay the net bill after the designated due date has passed. Upon request, utility will inform customer of the approximate date on which customer should receive the bill each month and, if bill is lost, utility will issue a duplicate bill.
   (B)   Utility has the right after sending written notice to customer to install an electric load limiter if a customer bill is not paid in full the 28th day of the month. Refer to §§ 50.15 through 50.19 for applicable charges and procedures for past due accounts.
