§ 50.15 DUE DATE; HOLIDAY AND WEEKEND EXCEPTION.
   (A)   Utility bills shall be due and payable on the fifteenth of each month at the office of the Clerk-Treasurer.

   (B)   When the fifteenth of the month falls on a holiday or weekend, utility bills may be paid on the next full business day following the fifteenth.
