§ 32.010 AGENDA.
   (A)   Public notice. Public notice and an agenda for each regular meeting of the Village Board shall be posted at the Argenta Village Hall, or any other such location where the meeting is to be held, if not held in the Village Hall, at least 48 hours in advance of the holding of the meeting. Public notice of any special meeting excepting meeting held in the event of a bona fide emergency, or of any rescheduled regular meeting, or of any reconvened meeting, shall be given at least 48 hours before such meeting, which notice shall also include the agenda for the special, rescheduled, or reconvened meeting. Notice of an emergency meeting shall be given as soon as practicable, but in any event prior to the holding of such meeting, to any news medium which is filed an annual request for notice. Copies of the notice of regular meetings, and notice of any special, emergency, rescheduled, or reconvened meetings shall be furnished to any news medium that has filed an annual request for such notice.
   (B)   Agenda. An itemized agenda, along with all other necessary supporting documentation shall be furnished to each member of the Village Board no later than the close of business on the day preceding the regular Village Board meeting. In the case of matters of emergency which could not have been reasonably foreseen with sufficient time to comply with this section, revised agenda shall be furnished to each member of the Village Board prior to opening of the Board meeting.
