(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) (1) Any person convicted of violating the provisions of § 130.06(A) pertaining to possession and/or use of tobacco products shall be fined as follows:
(a) First offense: $75;
(b) Second offense: $100; and
(c) Third and subsequent offense: $150.
(2) Any person convicted of violating the provisions of § 130.06(a) pertaining to sale of tobacco products to a minor or by a minor shall be fined the sum of not less than $250.
(C) Violation of any of the provisions of § 130.16 shall, upon conviction, be punished as follows:
(1) First offense: $75;
(2) Second offense: $100; and
(3) Third or subsequent offense: $150.
(D) Any person convicted of violating the provisions of § 130.17 shall be fined the sum of not less than $250.
